Returns & Refunds
GMHC offers refunds in only a few circumstances. Defective electronic items can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase when accompanied by a receipt. We reserve the right to complete testing on electronic items before determining they are defective. Any clothing, bags, or other textile items can be exchanged within 14 days, again, when accompanied by a receipt. In the event an identical item is not available, the customer may choose the closest possible item, at their own discretion. There are no refunds or store credit permitted.
No other items may be exchanged.
In the event of items that are damaged in shipment, we will do our best to make it right, but reserve the right to direct you to the shipping carrier for making a claim.
